The organisation

The German charity Home of Hope - Help for Nepal runs a children's home in Kathmandu. It supports more than 150 children and young adults from the age of four until their independence.

The school graduates, university students and trainees are living on their own in a shared apartment. The organisation furthermore fosters other projects, such as paying the tuition fees for 50 children. After the severe earthquakes in 2015 the organisation was able to provide emergency aid such as food and tents for some of the earthquake victims.
